About Us

Hunan Lifa Advanced Enamel Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D and production of enamel and inorganic pigment since 1995.

Our company covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, including about 20,000 square meters of buildings. 

We have  an enamel plant, a pigment plant, and an electrostatic powder processing plant, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of enamel, 600 tons of high-end inorganic pigment, and 5,000 tons of RTU powder and electrostatic powder.

Products are divided into 6 series: steel plate enamel, cast iron enamel, special enamel for glass and ceramic, enamel for stainless steel and other metals, high-temperature inorganic pigment and some other related raw materials. 

Our products are widely used in enamel daily necessities, cookwares, home appliances, industry equipments, buildings and etc.

To strengthen product quality management, enhance customer service awareness, and expand domestic and international market share, our company has invited professional teachers from Hunan Huantong Enterprise Management Consulting Company to provide systematic training for internal ISO-related personnel regarding quality management system standards and process methods. This training has further supplemented and improved our management, to some extent, enhancing our production efficiency and market competitiveness.

Company organizes fire fighting training to improve emergency response capabilities of the staffs

This week, our company organized a fire fighting training aimed at enhancing employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. The training, guided by professional firefighters, included many practices such as the meathod of using firefighting equipment, the way of emergency evacuating through designated routes, and settlling of safety points for employees, assessing their emergency reactions in the event of a fire and enhancing their adaptability and teamwork spirit. This exercise not only elevated the safety consciousness of the staff but also provided advices for the overall safety management of the factory.

To further promote the high-quality development of the enamel industry, on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of its establishment, China Enamel Industry Association selected "35 Years Outstanding Figures" within the industry. Our CTO(chief technology officer), Huang Fang, was honored with the Outstanding Contribution Award.
