DEGREASE1(OIL REMOVING) ---- DEGREASE2(OIL REMOVING) ---- RINSING 1 ---- RINSING 2 ---- ACID PICKLING(REMOVE INORGANIC IMPURITY SUCH AS CHARCOAL ASH) --- RINSING 1 ---- RINSING 2 ---- ALKALINE WATER CLEANING (IN CASE OF RUSTING, PRODUCTS COULD BE STORED AFTER THIS PROCESS) ---- RINSING 1 ---- RINSING 2 ---- DRYING ---- ENAMELLING.
There is not an unified standard for cleaning technology, factories usually have their own process with the same purpose to clean up the pieces and ensure a better combination of enamel materials and metal body.
Some factories may use ultrasonic technology during degrease process in order to speed up oil removing and clean stubborn stains.However, it is the same with degreasant except adding an ultrasonic generator into the degrease facility.
